Credit will be for the product price only — shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
If returning shoes, the original shoe box must be undamaged and packed inside a shipping box. Please do not tape or label the shoe box directly.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
Sale items, mystery bags, holiday and seasonal items, custom or team apparel, doorbusters, food items, jewelry, swimsuits, leggings, undergarments, and accessories.
If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us at baileysboutique2025@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the defect.
Items reported after this window will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Please note: We’re not responsible for damage caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
Color or pattern variations due to lighting or screens do not qualify as defects.
